Samit Garg, the originator of India’s leading wedding organization E-Factor Entertainment, came to New Delhi from Lucknow in 1998 looking for appropriate employment. Originating from a humble community and in critical need of cash and strength, very soon things began going from awful to more regrettable for Garg. Around then his cousin Sudhanshu Mittal, presently a representative for BJP, offered him a place at DTH, one of the biggest infrastructure players during the time. Rapidly learning the subtle strategies and seeing the open doors in the business, it is here that Samit took a leap of faith and stepped into the universe of events, and the rest is history.

The Idea of Sky Waltz

Samit got this incredible idea to launch India’s first licensed hot air ballooning company, Skywaltz. “After looking at a hot air balloon just for the first time at Stuttgart in Germany I was left entranced”, thinks back Samit.

“I had never observed anything this delightful. That is the point at which I thought of bringing the ballooning experience into India. We at first did a pilot run with an inflatable celebration in Rajasthan in 2006 which ended up being a fantastic achievement. That activated the quest for the correct group, gear, grants, apparatuses, licenses, and so forth that drove us to propel our business tasks as Sky Waltz in October 2008 at Jaipur. From that point we extended activities to more zones, procuring greater gear simultaneously”, he includes. To date E-Factor has given wings to almost 40000 individuals across areas in India., making them experience the times of their lives.

Collaborating with the Government

E Factor has held hands with UP Tourism to organize the Taj Balloon Festival in Agra to exhibit the excellence of one of India’s most visited landmark, ‘The Taj Mahal’. The Taj enjoys a famous status all over the world with travelers swarming the amazing dedication regularly by the thousands. Garg figured there could be no better method to see the Taj than from a hot air balloon, a view that even the maker of this world-marvel would have never delighted in.

He communicates, “I’ve generally always thought about things that are extraordinary to offer, and flying over the Taj Mahal was consistently at the forefront of my thoughts. We pitched to the Department of Uttar Pradesh Tourism for leading a balloon celebration. They saw merit in our proposition and thus the primary release of the celebration was held in November 2015 followed by another version in November 2016.” It eventually became a huge PR & mileage event for the UP Government.
